How I draw a robot monkey

I do not have a camera at my disposal, so drawing out each step over and over again was really difficult. I ended up drawing different variations of their parts all separated out. I know that doesn't help anyone at all, but really I have so much trouble drawing them, that trying to show you my method would be very frustrating to me.

The truth is.....I just draw it. I only make one guide shape, and that is the circle for the head....everything else....I just draw it.

I use a lot of mental projections, sketchy lines, and sometimes references when I need them. I study their designs very closely, to each and every mistake...or goof. Recently I was studying how the background was done. what textures I see and by what tool made them.

These guys are not easy, I'm sure you are all aware of that. Oo Screw up one little thing on the face and it looks bad. The heads are the hardest part for me.

This was suggested by Antauri'sgirl and Malheus(in messanger). Hopefully someone may be able to draw a little bit from this. Shapes help.

As for Zoom in the corner, that was just a little thing. x3 Now drawing him in a tutorial would be easier, because he is mine completely. The dog up on the side is Flash, my black lab/greyhound mix who died this past June. In tribute, I made a character just for him in my Zoom story. Zoom and Flash get along like good pals, after zoom is taken to the pound.(this is a story I'm making up. xD)
It says under him, "Flash says hi, even in death." In my cartoon, he is never dead.
